My name is Alex Tushinsky, and I am the owner and chief operator of Left To My Own Devices Computer Solutions. My company has been in business since 1993, and since that time has established a reputation for excellence and has a proven track record for developing professional solutions that are intuitive in design and easy for even the non-technical professional to use and maintain.
My extensive programming and web site design experience includes work with international, national, and local corporations, small businesses and non-profit organizations. My teaching resume includes courses for groups of 2-200 and instruction in the areas of Web Design & Development, Programming, Graphics Development, and other IT related technologies. I have taught courses at Rutgers University, and currently teach at Bergen Community College, NJ.
I have also done much consulting over the years, and have worked with companies such as Intel, Ulead, Mitsubishi, Micrografx, CompUSA, Computer City, Seagate, Philips, Pinnacle Systems, Rutgers Univerisity, PepsiCo Corporation, Condé Nast, and Greenwich Associates.
When you choose LTMOD Computer Solutions to develop your project, you’ll find the process to be easy and pleasant. I’ll give you the personal attention you deserve, and make sure everything is done to meet your timeframes and budget.
Complete solution for your web based, desktop or client – server, or mobile project, including:
- Initial consultations, and project management
- Development of your project, and its functionality, including layout (design), and programming (development of e-commerce, or other database driven options).
I support:
- Suggestions and advice as we develop your project.
- Upfront price quoting.
- Hosting and maintenance. (Note: We only host applications we build to maintain security and performance of all of our servers).
Outsourcing your project needs, in many cases, is the right thing to do. Here are ten reasons why it makes sense.
- You may not have the time to spend developing your web site.
- Even if you have the tools and the time, you may not be able to distance your self from the project and have an“objective” view that’s necessary to build your site.
- Tools that build web sites are expensive. In many cases, its cheaper to outsource, than to purchase the tools and do it yourself.
- Quicker turn around. If you don’t build web sites every day, it would take you longer than someone who does this on a daily basis.
- Tax deductible in many cases (check with your accountant).
- Professional designers will build your web site and make sure its compatible with all major browsers.
- No development environment. Its tough to test your work unless you own a server you can test it on.
- Professional developers can provide you with exact functionality for your project (such as e-commerce, or other database driven tasks). On your own, you’ll have purchase an off-the-shelf product, which may be expensive and won’t do exactly what you want.
- Professional guidance and support. A good developer can suggest and recommend options you may not have even heard of.
- Search Engine optimization. We know what you need to be #1 on Google.
